Scope and Subjects of the Congress
It is open to all studies written in the field of ECONOMICS regardless of the theme.

In addition, we care about the studies on the following themes.

World experience in restoration of liberated areas

Prospects to build an ever-growing digital economy in the liberated regions

Creation of regional competitive human capital and modern innovation space

Socio-economic, demographic and infrastructural problems of the "Great Return" to the liberated lands of the Nagorno-Karabakh and Kelbajar-Lachin economic regions

Restoration of natural environment in liberated areas: creating a clean environment and "green growth" zone

Issues of assessing the damage caused by the occupation to Azerbaijan

APPLICATION METHOD AND PROCESS

- You can send your abstract by Word to the address by 25 June 2021 at the latest. Send as e-mail in doc format. An author can apply with a maximum of two papers (For summary writing rules, see the end of the page).

- Abstracts are evaluated by double-blind referee method. The result of the evaluation (acceptance or rejection) is notified to the author by e-mail within 5 days at the latest.

- If your abstract is accepted, send the receipt by e-mail between 23-27 June 2021 by depositing the participation fee.

- The congress program will be published on July 1, 2021.

- It is not obligatory to attend our congress with full text. However, if you want to send a full text, you must send your full text by 15 July 2021 at the latest. Full texts are evaluated by double-blind peer-review method.

- Our congress is open to all original studies written in the fields of social sciences and humanities.

The main purpose of the congress:

The aim of the conference is to discuss the current situation of Azerbaijan in the long occupied territories, the social, economic, demographic and infrastructural issues of the "Great Turn" and at the same time to ensure a decent human life at the international level.

ASSOCIATION AND ACADEMIC INCENTIVES

Our congress is an international, refereed scientific event. Researchers and academicians from 9 countries will participate in our congress, which has international status and meets the criteria for academic promotion (including associate professorship).

PARTICIPATION AND PRESENTATION

Online participation: Our participants will make their presentations live on the Zoom program. Zoom access information and password will be published together with the congress program. All sessions will be recorded and presentation videos will be uploaded to our website after the congress. Click for the recommendation of YÖK for online participation in congresses.

- Write your summary in Times New Roman character (12 pt.) On A4 size word page. Leave 1.25 line spacing

- Your abstract text should be between 250-400 words (including title and keyword)

- The entire title should be written in CAPITAL letters. There must be at least 3 keywords

- English abstract is required

- Under the title, add author title, name, surname, institution, email address, mobile phone number and ORCID number (email address and mobile phone numbers will not be in the book during the publishing process)
